This network of websites is based in the United States of America and is governed under the laws of
the USA.
IMPORTANT: It is imperative that we protect the integrity of our network from
any malicious activity. When you become an independent member of our network you are being granted permission
to add, edit and delete events on our network. Any attempt to abuse this privilege will result in your membership
being revoked from this network.
We reserve the right to lock and or close any account that violates the rules of this site. It is extremely
important that people that list events are meticulous about listing events properly. Spelling, grammar,
punctuation, timeliness and attention to detail are all very important. We’ll be fair and give you a warning
but repeated violations will result in the closure of your account and your name and email account will be
removed from our network.
- We currently list events located only within the United States.
- All events must be listed using, only, the primary language, of the country where the events you list are located.
- You must be able to read and write, using the primary language, of the country where the events you list are located.
- All events, that you list, must be checked for proper spelling and grammar.
- You must reside in the same country where the events you list are located, and you must understand how
the postal code [zip-code] system is organized for the event(s) you are listing.
Note: Our database is currently setup to accept events only within the US Zip-Code system.
To be able to add your contact information to our database you MUST have an address with a US Zip-Code. Any address, outside
of the US Zip-Code system, cannot currently be added to the database. In the future we will be expanding into other regions
and countries but this is not available at this time.
- You DO NOT have to live in the postal code [zip-code] where an event that you list takes place.
- You may list an event, that takes place, in any postal code [zip-code] in the country where you live.
Note: If you are a contractor, under a contract agreement with
the Neighborhood Events Network or the Internet Data Network, your residency requirements are
controlled under your contract agreement and you are NOT required to reside in the same country
where the events you list are located.
- To be an independent member of this network of websites; you must reside in, and be a citizen of, the same country
where the events you list are located.
- If there is a problem with an event, that you have listed, we must be able to contact you, to resolve the issue.
- We must have current, verifiable, contact information [name, phone number, email address, address, etc.], on file,
in our database, for every person that is an independent member of our network of websites. Failure to provide current contact
information will result in your membership being, first locked, and then revoked if your current [verifiable] contact
information is not provided.
- When you list an event, you are listing as an independent person and you are NOT an employee of the
Internet Data Network.
Note: If you are a contractor, under a contract agreement with
the Neighborhood Events Network or the Internet Data Network, your membership [to list event(s)
on this network] is controlled under the contract agreement.
